I was in the pits for the Food City 500 today. I got to within 4-5 feet of him and then it was announced for us to go back across the wall. The dude looks intense and he was donning a big orange shirt, looked like he was at practice. I like this dude, winter sucks, so I CAN wait for football to get here but I cant.

He said something to this effect " From the orange and white checkerboards at the University of Tennessee to the black and white checkered flag at Bristol Motor Speedway, gentlemen start your engines!!!"

CBJ is gonna be a good one.

I'm gonna mention there's a thread on this, also mention that it is indeed exciting, and mention that he did not say Gentlemen but he did say "drivers" because one of the drivers is a Lady and not a Gentleman.

Well, I am going to mention that Darrell Waltrip said his boggidy boggidy thing to start the race with a gentlemen let's go racing.

I like the way he did that!

We don't know what he's gonna do on game day yet, but I am in LOVE with the way our coach represents the Tennessee Vols!

Did you have a black t shirt with a 3 on it? You may have been on TV.

Wow! He's amazing! I saw him tie his shoes one day, and he executed it perfectly!







I just want to win games. Nothing else will impress me.

I saw him too. Got to talk to him and he signed my Vols hat. Thanked him for what he's done so far in his limited time here. Great guy can't wait to see the team play

He was giving Danica Patrick a Jersey with the name Brooke on the back and some tennessee shoes. Pictures are available.
