In Trevor Bayne;

Scheduled to run the first five races in the Wood Brothers #21, if they get funding he is scheduled to run up to 17 races for the Wood Brothers this coming year pending sponsorship.

It doesn't take much to win the ROTY award in the Cup anymore (i.e., Kevin Conway).

I think Trevor Bayne is the next big, young talent to be a contender in Cup, and he would be more deserving of such an award than the last winner.

Count me in; TB got some shabby treatment over at the other garage; glad he's moved on, done it all with class. Go Trevor!

Well Nascar said he can't be eligible for the rookie of the year award. On the bright side we can witness the battle between Brian Keselowski and Andy Lally!

I know that's why he isn't going to receive ROTY points.

I honestly thought he would drive the 21 for the first half of the season and with decent enough results he would replace Regan in the 6 car and finish the final 19 races in that. I guess it is too much of a gamble when he can be top 3 in the Nationwide Series this season.

You must have forgotten who Regan drives for, Stick With 'Em Jack.

True. I'd love to see David Ragan prove us wrong, though. He's an awesome person. Another guy that I hope eventually gets a shot at Roush is Ricky Stenhouse. I talked to him for a long time last Fall at the RFR shop. He finished last season with a lot of momentum.
