This is another player that fits the mold. Bring them in, teach and develop, add GOOD weight and set yourself up to have a very good OL for years to come.....simple.

Evaluations for '22 and '23 are vital, not just from a talent standpoint, but a character standpoint as well. They have to have kids that will just come in, put their head down and work. But also kids who are loyal and stay and develop, not hit the portal. 3* that stays 5 years is greater than 5* that leaves after 1 year.
