The incident led to four felony counts this past February: leaving the scene of an accident; driving under the influence causing injury; driving with a .08% blood-alcohol level and causing injury; and identity theft.
Doesn't quite tell the whole story. Kiffin laid out a set of benchmarks he had to meet--completing missed course work, submit to drug and alcohol testing, etc--before he could be reinstated to get his degree. Dude is listed as the 4th string FB...this appears to have more to do with economics; very hard to come up with the $60,000 tuition on a whim (I know from personal experience).
