I was surprised when I first got here in SC (2011) that you couldn't get a UT plate.

I had one in GA

Yep.
FL offers plates for no out-of-state schools. But, you can get UF plates in other states.

Lived in Aiken in the 80s. Would have loved to had one back then, but thank God I'm back in TN!
