i got this from another website i know i cant copy and paste it so ill try to type it it said that they told him that more than likely he was going to be put out at wide reciever and that they could see no one stoping them with ainge throwing to him and him catching!He said he dident come to Tennessee to become a reciver and that he knows he is the best qb we got. so far he said he has talked to usf and other schools such as KSU and Auburn!

Lets face it. Phil's fulfilling a promise to allow him to compete for the QB spot. In some places he'd be a shoe-in to start. But lets look at what's really best for him.

If he stays at QB he probably has no chance of going to the next level with his style of play. If he goes to receiver/athlete he could easily make the next level with all his athleticism.

You have to know at some point the coaches are going to have this conversation with him. I do believe they will want what's best for him.

In my opinion that would be the wise move.
