Schedule Set for Houston College Classic

The complete schedule for the Houston College Classic was announced on Friday with Tennessee slated to play a trio of teams from the Lone Star State, including Houston and perennial powers Texas and Rice, at Minute Maid Park, the home of the Houston Astros, March 2-4.

This is going to be awesome!! I wish CDS would have had more time to get better players in here, but I believe we will be competitive based on the type of baseball we will play. Go Baseball Vols!!!

Last year it was not televised but you could watch a stream provided by the Houston Astros website. It will be interesting to know if the Long Horn network will carry it, if so maybe it will be provided on an ESPN network.

Don't know if will be televised but with teams like Texas and Rice playing I would think ESPNU or maybe one of the Fox Sports Midwest stations might pick it up. One of those stations showed the Kansas-Creighton baseball game from last year and replayed like 8 times.
