Our Scholar of the week is going to be Volsgal.

I'll start off with these questions:

Who is your favorite writer?

What is your favorite book?

What have you learned from Volnation?

*Are you stalking me? :birgits_giggle:

I am not an avid reader of books, the last book I brought was Stiff and I haven't finished reading it. I read a lot of magazines,a lady once told me to read the book "The Precious Present" and I thought it had a good message. It's great to know their are a lot of Tennessee fans across the nation.

OE where were you last weekend I was in Worthington.

Jr, I am a pharmacy technician not a nurse ( sister is a nurse) I dont administer the drugs just mix them. I've made many deliveries when you think they were giving an enema due to the aroma of the hallway.

my receipe for tuna casserole
I boil a bag of noodles(drain em) throw in two cans of tuna, 8oz of sour cream, some milk (whatever looks good) sprinkle in pepper coat the top with cheese and breadcrumbs stick it in the oven and bake 375 for about 45 minutes. I would put in peas my kids dont like them. when it comes to casseroles you can throw anything together a lot of people like to use cream of mushroom soup in tuna casserole. I'm sure your wife is a great cook.

Do you go to KennyWood? If so, what is your favorite ride?

(I used to love the rollercoasters: Jackrabbit, Racers and Thunderbolt)

Hi Volsgal, do you believe the companies that make the meds in this country have passed the barrier of the average americans ability to purchase their products, and in a way contribute to the outrageous medical costs we all see?

They have Kennywood day at my kids school every year and we never go (out of town). I have only been there once and rode all the rides and did like them, it is nice for a local amusement park, it's close and something for the kids.

GaVol, I work in a hospital pharmacy and our pills are packaged for robot use. The only pills that are in a bottle are our outpatient pharmacy (not busy) and our narcotics in outpatient pharmacy. We do count these when we fill a prescription. In the hospital pharmacy we only count narcotics (most of them come in packed in boxes of 100). We have over 5,000 different kinds of drugs po and Iv use.

dan I wish I knew how to answer your question. I think a lot of things go into factor with health care costs some of it is Drug companies, they seem to spend a lot of money on research. We get a raise every year at work and then our health insurance goes up also, figure that one out. My sister doesn't pay for her health insurance her company pays for it, only covers her and no one in her family, I think everyone should have to pay for their own insurance.

Why can the saying "it's all downhill from here." mean both that it will be easy and that it is going to get worse?
