Scott Frost under investigation.... supposedly.

Kinda looking like a Jeremy Pruitt deal going on here!

Near the end of 2019’s disappointing five-win, seven-loss season, Nebraska athletic director Bill Moos tacked on two more years to Frost’s contract. The former Nebraska quarterback will now be paid $5 million a year through the 2026 season.

Big Red Business: An analysis of Scott Frost’s contract

His won/loss record is not good!

I'm still trying to sort this out in my head.

First off: What's the ncaa gonna do? Nothing. They have no power right now. And, The infractions were that they had a couple of assistants making improper contact? Why would you do this to win a couple of games? unreal. @volsknx is probably on to something. They can now fire with cause as well.

I wonder what the "improper use of analysts" is all about? Maybe they were recruiting?

I never saw the hype in Frost.

Decent coach but that’s about it.

lol this stuff is minor. Y’all are treating way more serious though. Even stated in the article that suspending Frost for a few games are about the most that will happen

Agreed. This is so minor. They will definitely do everything in their power to make sure they don't hang one of their favorite sons out to dry. This isn't Pruittish at all. Our decision makers were looking for reasons to cut him loose without paying him. Nebraska is not trying to do that to one of Osbornes favorites.

Analysts can’t be on field coaches, not even s’posed to talk to players. They can’t run drills or workouts which is what they are accused of in this instance.

Glad to see aren't the only dumbarses still listening to and working with the joke AKA the NCAA.

The decision making at Nebraska will continue to dig that program deeper and deeper into irrelevancy. Leaving the Big 12 (yes for money, but resulted in an uncompetitive football team) and hiring Trev Alberts as AD. That marriage won't end well in Lincoln.

Celebrated David Ubben leaving our beat by subscribing to the Athletic. Article I read had Frost hiring an analyst to handle special teams before last season and firing him in January for performance because he wasn’t allowed by the rules to hand on coach…but did anyway.

Just had a PC after practice with Frost and Alberts (who’s been on the job less than a month). Frost supposedly had a resigned look on his face (writer’s description and spat out a lot about what isn’t his job. Going great!
