does anyone out there know if his injury is a high ankle sprain or a lower sprain ? i know if it is a high ankle sprain that it takes much longer to heal than a normal sprain. remember when chris lofton had a high ankle sprain and missed 6 games. i hope that' s not the case here or-----

a guess then it is a high sprain. look for scotty to miss the next 2 weeks, if true. this is not good at all. i know he can't dribble and so forth, but the fact remains when you lose 16 points a game, it will hurt us down the stretch run.

I'm sure he's fine... saw him at RT's saturday night dancing, so looks like he'll be just fine

He shot yesterday but didn't practice. He should be good to go for Tuesday

He hurt it again today in practice and apparently is sitting on the sidelines with it elevated and ice on it.

Hopson still down, foot elevated...not what UT wanted to see the day before UK game

If that didn't when my roommate and I saw him playing "tag" on the strip Saturday night sure as hell did. If you're not well enough to run on the court you shouldn't be well enough to go out to the bars and run around in the street, JMO

I don't understand how people are claiming to have seen him "running around" when all the evidence is that he suffered an incredibly painful and immobilizing injury.

For the record I saw him Thursday (I live in the same dorm). He was wearing a boot on crutches and the rate he was moving at was very very slow. He didn't look like he could walk at any reasonable pace much less run.

Thursday and Saturday are not the same day are they? I was in Tin Roof and I saw him and then I saw him playing around outside of RTs. That's 2 people that saw him out and moving around fairly well on Saturday which is more recent than Thursday last time I checked.
