Looks like UF's SID wrote that fluff piece.

UF will be lucky to go 8-4 this season.

Really a spot on assessment. UF is probably in the top 3 of most stacked teams in the NCAA. Talent, coaches, depth what else could a program want. This 8-4 talk is simply UF fans lowering their expectations where in reality what has changed? I can see UF dropping 1-2 games anything more than that is pure failure by the coaches.

Stacked at coach? Seriously?

Muschamp has proven absolutely nothing and Weis has done nothing but bumble without all time HC and QB. I don't like their staff even a little bit.

both have been excellent coordinators. not sure if he has the chops for head coach (weis didn't), but i wouldn't be surprised if they have a pretty good year.

I don't buy Weis as great OC. They're solid at D. Muschamp has much proving to do. today, he's a lesser recruiting Orgeron.

Not even being a homer, but yeah, UF's looking at 7-5 or 8-4 this year. Kind of funny how big of a difference a schedule can make. Georgia might have the easiest schedule in the SEC (no Bama, LSU, Ark) and outside of Boise their OOC schedule is a joke (GT's going to suck again. 6-6 probably). Georgia could easily pick up 10 wins. Meanwhile, Florida draws Bama, LSU, and a road game at Auburn (yeah, they aren't nearly as good and they'll probably go 7-5, but Jordan-Hare is a tough place to go into) to go with a home game against a great FSU team and, as always, the WLOCP.

far better Xs & Os than orgeron. weis is good at gameplanning, not sure he's great at developing talent though

he did good last yr with KC

i wouldnt write us off as losing every tough game thats just stupid imo

i dont really know what to expect this yr except a much better offense last yr was litterally the worst i ever seen

Who said anything about losing every tough game? The roster has talent and a lot of it and can win or could be squandered.

UF's offense has changed, its offensive line has definitely changed and the number of playmaking wide receivers has dramatically changed. Sadly, our QB remains the same.

Our D should be solid, but we've got depth issues at LB and lots of inexperience in the secondary.

But other than those minor issues, UF should cruise through that cupcake schedule and win 10 games.

well 5 losses would be losing just about every tough game

UT - ? (home field gives us a slight edge)
Bama - L
@Auburn - L
@LSU - L
UGA - ?
@USC - L
FSU - L

Five losses is not a stretch at all for this team.

It all depends on our offense getting up to speed quickly, and history tells us that's usually not the case.

Would bet almost anything that you don't lose all 5. Think you'll house Auburn.

I ain't sold on AU beating UF. UGA is a lean to UF based off history.
IMO UT may not be ready to beat UF yet on the road either.

8-4
