ok so I know its scout and its still florida. But 21-12? you'd figure how all the "experts" absolutely cream over florida they'd have the number 1-5 class. (so good it took up five spots.)

They don't count as key losses because they never signed with Florida. The losses they are counting include guys that signed with a team but never made it. Grades, kicked off team, etc..... play into this. Those two are definitely fish that got away, but not counted as losses in this sense.
