Seating question

I'm looking at some different seats and one set in T says row 18-6. What does that mean. I understand row 18, but the -6 has me confused.

Does anyone know about a shuttle, cab, whatever that might drop off up at the upper deck entrance without walking up the hill?

Not 100%, but I think you can go to gate 21 and get an elevator pass. Can the ticket office, I'm sure they will know for certain and you'll be prepared if you can them.
