So I am lucky enough to have sec championship tix and renew them every year just in case! I always want to have them so my son and I can make a pilgrimage every year regardless who plays when he gets older. That being said, with TX and OU coming in, those fan bases may not be too happy about the grandfathered-in ticket procedure for that game. I don’t want to give anyone ideas but have there been discussions about changing the ticketing procedure? Should I upgrade when given the chance?

You should upgrade this year cuz I have a feeling Nico is gonna be rolling into Atlanta!

I don’t think there have been discussions on such at this point, no.

I haven’t heard anything to answer your question. I would keep them for as long as you can afford them.

I wish the SEC would create their own ticketing resale website to avoid Ticketmaster’s grotesque fees. The SEC’s schools are missing out on millions of dollars by going through a third party. The conference could greatly increase revenue and save the fans a boat load of cash by forcing ticket buyers to use an SEC hosted website.

Expecting someone to tell me how this can’t work. :(

The SEC football championship is under contract with Atlanta until 2031 so if something was to change, i don't see it happening until then.

Can I ask a question? Do you sell them every year we don't go? I was trying to buy them (if the number is 2) if it didn't include Tennessee as I figured it was an experience and we just happened to be down there this year.

I’ve only had them for two years and haven’t been able to go yet so I did sell them. But I hope to use them myself in the future
