October 13 Auburn at Alabama
October 14 Mississippi State at Louisiana Tech
October 22 Texas A&M at Houston
October 28 UAB at Mississippi State
October 28 Florida State at Alabama

It was mid-September last year if I remember right. I know we always play our late in October. You only get so many days to scrimmage and we use them at the end of Fall whereas many use them at the beginning. I think V's logic is let everyone get ready and fix anything we can fix and then scrimmage almost every day at the end of Fall practice. He usually uses first part to get everyone on page with Que and to get guys used to class and schedules and all of that before they begin seeing where everyone is. It is easy to say every year that only the freshman should have to get oriented to it changes for everyone every year.
Kirby is fortunate that I think all of his are online unless he has something with the new Professor. BTW, one transfer is gone already. I will try to get name but he did not make it through the summer culture change. I'm not sure if he is portal or juco guy. Update coming.
Kirby did say the freshman class got aclimated better than most since he has been there to the Que way of doing things. But they did have 6 throwup the first day which is a new record, I heard.

Wow. Interesting to hear about the transfer who didn’t pan out. I bet Q’s workouts are just brutal for the freshmen and some transfers (Unless your last name is Joyce of course). 🍊👍😃😀😀🍊
