Naw, dude. LSU just sucks today (and perhaps this season as a whole).*
I don't think Mizzou wins this game, though they've had their way early on. But even if they do, I bet they've got at least 3 losses by the time we're done with them in mid-November.
* where are all those Brian Kelly fans who were sure he'd run roughshod over most of the SEC-West?
Just tuned in with score 22-7. Wouldn't count LSU out just yet based on what I've seen (which is admittedly very little).
It will be interesting to see how many fans call for Kelly's head if they lose this game. I would imagine the #FahrKelly rhetoric has already begun to pickup.
LSU looks awful on defense. But Mizzou is crisp with their passes early on. Switching between this game and Red River Rivalry which is a much more competitive game at this point.
KY plays UGA today and hosts Mizzou next week. That will tell a lot about the SECeast.
I think everything we need to know about the SEC East will be revealed in Knoxville on the 18th of November. Every other game is just helping decide who gets 3rd place in the East.
Just saw another example of how miserable SEC Refs are. During the LSU-Missouri game, they missed an obvious false start on which Missouri scored a TD. To take the lead. I really don’t care who wins the game, but the SEC Refs are the laughing stock of college football. If the SEC wants to be the top Conference in football they need to fire a lot of Refs and clean up the game.
This year nobody in the SEC is really dominating. This is as close to parity in the SEC as I've seen in years. Both east and west is still up for grabs.
