14	Ky. 11 14	13 14	8 9 14	13	96	12

Sorry for the bad format. Thought it might be interesting to combine all of the position rankings from ESPN into one team ranking. It shows that UT finishes tied for 10th with Missouri with an average of 9.625.

How can they be that low? Manziel is atleast the 3rd best qb in the league. I could see Murray and McCarron being ahead of him, MAYBE.

These rankings only mean anything if you think ESPN knows what they are talking about.

Obviously its just ESPNs opinion. I honestly think it looks about right though overall especially with regards to Tennessee. Just wish I could get it in a better format.

Vandy's RBs, LBs, and DBs are 3rd in the league? Really? Are these positions that good for them?

I didn't see the ESPN rankings but did they really think Conner Shaw is the best QB in the SEC? Better than Johnny Football, Murray at GA , and AJ at Bama?

How can there be two 10s, 12s and 14s in the WR column.... I'm really confused

The columns are off by one position for some of the rows. I made a table in word but for some reason it does not transfer correctly onto the site.

I also found that odd but they made the decision based on total talent at the position. They gave USC the top spot because they have two skilled guys.

And TEs are missing from the formula.... so its not quite complete.

I believe they included tight ends with the receivers but I'm not sure. There is a thread devoted to that position if you wanna check it out though. Last time I saw it was on the second page.

Alright The table is fixed. I know this is just based on the opinions of others but with all of the position rankings threads I wanted to combine all of the information. It is interesting that three of the last four games this season are with teams that we end up ranked above with Missouri being a wash. These are the critical games this year IMO. If we were to finish with wins against Missouri, Auburn, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky I think that would be extremely beneficial to recruiting and the general feeling of the program.

ESPN should stick to televising sports & leave everything else to people who know what they're talking about.

Started looking thru the QB column, saw the Heisman trophy winner 3rd in the SEC, rescanned format, looked again and he's still 3rd, then tapped out. :mf_surrender:
