1. Alabama (4-0): Alabama expects to win every game, every quarter, every drive, every play. They will lose this season but will not be this week. This Week: Alabama 31- Ole Miss 10

2. LSU (4-0): Baton Rouge does the safety dance and Les Miles proves his lucky rabbit foot still works. This Week: LSU 56 - Towson 3

3. South Carolina (4-0): After Connor Shaw's career performance, Steve Spurrier is sending a message to the media and fans, "You don't question the Head Ball Coach." Hard to not put USC at #3 when they have won 10 SEC East Games. This Week: USC 42 - Kentucky 0

4. Georgia (4-0): Georgia did not miss a beat against Vanderbilt and the UGA/USC game in two weeks will be epic. This Week: UGA 42 - Tenn 28

5. Florida (4-0): They did exactly what they were supposed to do against Kentucky, Florida enjoys another week off. This Week: WELL...BYE

6. Mississippi State (4-0): I fully expect the 1 thru 6 picks in this poll to stay the same next week. I explain that here because, again, I do not care about Miss State. This Week: Miss State - WELL...BYE

7. Texas A&M (2-1):
Arky is your opponent this week. You're welcome. This Week: TAMU 63 - Arkansas 17

8. Tennessee (3-1): Akron gave Tenn a very competitive game. Here's to hoping Tenn does better against UGA but hope and expectations are two different things This Week: Tenn 28 - Georgia 42

9. Ole Miss (3-1): Tough game coming this week. This Week: Ole Miss 10 - Alabama 31

10. Missouri (2-2): Alright Mizzou...make the SEC proud and go beat UCF. The Tiger's offense return this week and does just enough to get a W This Week: Mizzou 21 - UCF 14

11. Auburn (1-3): Moral victory = actual loss. This Week: WELL...BYE

12. Vanderbilt (1-3): The question has finally been answered: Vandy is not a good team. This Week: WELL...BYE

13. Kentucky (1-3): Hey guys...at least you are not the worst This Week: UK 0 - USC 42

14. Arkansas (1-3): I didn't think it could get this bad. This Week: Arky 17 - Texas A&M 63

I would probably put LSU #3 and UGA up to #2 and USC/UF at a tie at #4. Things will get worked out in a few weeks.

you really believe that? i can see the confidence obviously after beating a real bad arkansas team, 2 cupcakes, and a michigan team that was held to 6 points by notre dame and barely held off air force.

I believe it. Can't see anyone on their schedule besides LSU knocking them off, and LSU doesn't look near as good as Bama does.

LSU struggles against Auburn, and besides them no one had a chance to challenge Bama so if LSU can't do something then no one will. If they lose, then it's gonna be a huge upset.

Bama national title game again. Book it.

The Tide is loaded and will probably win the NC, but you have to get a lucky bounce or two somewhere along the way to go undefeated. They are the king of the SEC and a 1 loss SEC goes to the NC game.

I don't see anyone on the schedule that has a good chance (even with luck) other than LSU. But yes, even with that one loss Bama might get in the NC game.

Either way, if Bama doesn't get to the NC game it'll be a huge surprise to me.

They need to go undefeated to get in, unless Oregon, FSU, Stanford, etc. all lose. A one loss SEC team isn't getting in over an undefeated champ from some of the other conferences. Not this year, anyway.

Even if one of the teams is undefeated and Bama isn't they're still in. And my guess is all 3 slip-up eventually.

I was just noticing Bama has a cupcake SEC schedule no UGA, no UF, and no SC. Yeah I would say if LSU doesn't put a hurt on them it will be mostly downhill for them.

Best chance is either UT and/or Mizzu as those are back to back road games.
