We are better than Miss St. and I believe we have a good shot a beating the Gayterds this year.

Pundits will continue to doubt us until a serviceable QB steps up to lead our team. We have the ammo, we need the gun to fire it.

I think Mizzou has an epic fall-off this year, and I refuse to put Ole Miss ahead of LSU in the West until they prove they belong there. Georgia will be one of the strongest SEC teams this year as long as QB is at least serviceable. The UT/UF game will decide which of those two gets an 8th win. Boom! GBO!

Looking at recent results and the new polls for this year (not just this ranking) but it is staggering to see how the power has shifted from the East to the West. There was a time not THAT long ago when the exact opposite was true.

We're so damn bad, we didn't even make the list.

People ask why I am on the board and it's funny how the gator boards and vol boards now look the same.

The amount of people who have evidence of the epic fail that is Will Muschamp staring them in the face, but yet live in denial. If you point it out, you are a "nega-gator".

These power rankings get produced, Florida is in the middle of the pack, and the first thought is they may be overrated.

damn sad.

USCe, AUB, LSU, UGA & Ole Miss are really close in talent.

Not much separation between UT, UF, Miss St, & aTm either.

I struggle to see UT that high in a preseason ranking but Mizzou is definitely nowhere near top 5. The almost laughable thing is that the author justified them there due to "young talent" and having no questions at QB and RB. The only part of that credible is that they return 2 very good RB's. Mizzou lost a ton of players that enabled them to take advantage of a schedule that practically laid down in front of them last fall. Without those players and assuming that everyone they play doesn't have a rash of critical injuries just before playing them... they're going to crash.

I'll go on record by saying that I think UT is less likely to be upset by USU than Mizzou is to be upset by Toledo at Toledo. Toledo gave a MUCH better MU team fits last fall.
