SEC Shorts The Sword in the Stone edition

I don’t wanna sound like an old fuddy duddy know it all, but LSU playing neck on special occasions - knowing they are gonna in trouble for it - is as much a part of SEC lore as is hotty toddy or rolling toomers…. I was there the night they pulverized clemmer in 19 for the title in New Orleans….the band director (who was going to retire anyway) was fired- they cranked that up with a minute to go and the whole super dome was singing it- it was simply beyond comprehension …. And the tv replays show the announcers trying to ignore it while obviously very amused

LOL - Georgia says, hold my cake :D:mad::(

as TN "SEC Shorts called those clowns out at the beginning of the season and their insight and commentary have been SPOT ON!" - clearly they have someone reading Volnation :p

Not their best effort, but honestly I feel they’re quite a bit overrated. I look more forward to SEC Roll Call than I do them.

That explains why I've never heard of it.
It only got up to #40 in the R&B Singles charts in 1984. The album and title track "She's Strange", peaked at #1 on the R&B Charts. I was a baby at the time so it was completely out of my view.
