Probably gonna happen sooner or later. They just want to make sure they aren't gonna have to fight a billion dollar lawsuit.

Yup, just running the legal traps.

Related to expansion, the SEC continues to lead rather than react. The SEC has proven its viability and staying power, in part, through the relatively equal manner in which it treats its participant institutions. The longhorns could learn something from this.

At this point, I've been here longer than both you the goat. I'll take my chances, and frankly, you and I don't have the best track record to begin with. Do what you want with it. I'm beginning not to really care after I've endured the bonfire cracks and overwhelming homer-ism.
