I saw the premier and it was great.

Ben Crawford finds a dead corpse of his son that was a result of a affair outside of marriage.
Since this is very strong evidence Ben is the primary suspect, and attempts to clear his name.

Is he guilty or innocent you'll have to watch to find out.

It's lived up to it's name as so far in the two hour premier there were lies and secrets.
This does make me think of cape fear the remake where all people has dirt.

My wife's in one of the episodes as an extra at a frat party. I just don't know when it will be on.

We'll ben's wife is highly conflicted she loves and hates him understandable given the affair she was kept in the dark about along with the son, she wants to leave but also stay, also she can't show her emotions of anger and sadness because a kid is dead.

The vigilante that will use medieval torture on Ben in the next episode, it just got worse for Ben which will experience harrowing pain both mentally and physically.
No doubt it's the vigilante behind the whole flashlights in his garbage, shutting off parking lot lights and his car.
Great cliffhanger

Juliette Lewis is nearly unwatchable. Not sure if character is written that way or she is just a terrible actress.

She has no damn facial expression. You think she's working for a funeral home or the Devil for her character. :)It's like she's the female bill bilecheck.

Well nothing worse than a vigilante convinced a person is guilty and attempting to get them confess Salem witch style, if not exhaust the hell out of them through digging so they'll confess.

No new episodes for two weeks. Next episode Ben attempts to prove the detective is crooked although as said in training day it's not what you know but what you can prove.
This is a line once crossed no one can step back including Ben as it was said once your in her negative zone you remain there.

Fun fact Ryan was in a movie with a similar premise of a man presumed guilty in the great movie the Lincoln lawyer which was 4 years ago.
Although his character didn't snoop and investigate the way Ben is doing now.

This is a good show. Lincoln lawyer was good too.

Great movie

Ok either Ben lied or he blacked out. Either way it's negative for him

Only two episodes left for season one and it's going to go high for intensity.

Ben has a kids tooth damn that'll be interesting to explain.

Damn it all makes sense I should have saw it sooner that his betrayed wife thirsty for revenge would frame him for something infamous and egregious the murder of a child. It remains unproven but very plausible.

Ben was able to tell his story much to the relief because he knows he didn't kill his son. It doesn't eliminate him as a suspect, everything he said in the predictable legal process can still be used against him but like he said he doesn't care because he knows he didn't kill his son.
He has the tooth since his mother acting as the tooth fairy didn't removed the tooth under his pillow so he did it.

Next episode it's going to be going 190 mph in the season one finale or all the crap is going to hit the fan.

This show has been decent. Not a fan of the funk face Detective's character. Glad to see this come to a finale.

By the way:

What happens from here? Is it an anthology and we get a new story next year? I don't understand where they can go from here.

Well this is a US remake of an Australian show that aired one six episode season last year. So if ABC does second season there's nothing from the original they can borrow from.

By the way, the original is on Netflix.

It sounds like Ben is dead now if you watch the Cornell Confidentials on ABC
