It doesn't matter whether or not he was kicked out. He's a UK lock in my opinion.

Honestly, if I weren't a UT grad, I would choose Cal and UK every time above Pearl and UT.

Wait until Bruce shows up at Selby's house wearing the gold medal from the Macarena Games. He will have Selby in his back pocket.

I used to be a Pearl fan, that is until this offseason.

He has made some terrible decisions that are going to come back to haunt him in 3 years...which is when I predict there will be a UTK coaching vacancy.

And it won't be in football or women's basketball.

I guess Tennessee will have to move to Nike to attain the services of Mr. Selby. Of course if that's what is wanted.

I'm going to guess taking a family vacation instead of working the first half of the July evaluation period will make his list. The decision to sign Melvin Goins is probably also going to be there.

Not doubting your tie ins to the CBB community, but how about we let these kids play a few games before we write off an entire program. Come December, we'll have a few more answers. Until then, it's all BS, rhetoric, and supposition.

This is not directed at you, Hat, but in general. Don't be critical until the product is shown. Otherwise, you (meaning all naysayers) are nothing more than Billy Packer. A prognosticator with no substantial evidence towards a true and just verdict.

Oh well, when he's starting for UK in 2011 and going for 30+ on us, BP can flash his gold medal from the Macarena Games and tell him he doesn't have one of these, and say, "I'm Bruce Pearl, bitch."

A. was going to be the bait and switch with Daniel West and
B. was going to be going to the Maccabiah Games when there was no doubt he needed to be in Selby's ear while others were.
