part of that "reset" with Russia?

You mean the 'reset' that our illustrious secretary of state couldn't correctly spell in the Russian language?

They call it 'fogy bottom' for more reasons than one.

In the latest Russian developement, 2,000 were arrested and hundreds were injured when police cracked down on a protest rally in Moscow over the recent Putin election and his autoritarian style of governing, along with perceived corruption rampant in the current Russian administration.

Prepping for an armed Iran possibly?

That is certainly a primary aim of the European shield. It might actually have a shot against there few, unsophisticated missiles. However, the Russians are right, our interceptors could most likely catch up with their missiles though we have said they can't (from the European bases). It's best not to play that game unless your technology can back it up - we can't ... yet, at least.
