After looking at BTO "Road Woes by the Numbers" thread... I got to thinking about what it takes to win on the road. You need your seniors to step up when your team goes on the road and lead the team. When you look at the numbers, that simply hasn't happened. For example, let's look at Tatum's numbers:

At home:
Points: 9.9 per game
Rebounds: 4 per game

On the road:
Points: 6.3 per game (if you take out the Maui games its only 4.8 per game. Take out the Oakland game where he had 19 points and its 2.5 per game)
Rebounds: 3.4 per game

I'll let the numbers speak for themselves. If this team is going to turn it around on the road, we need our veteran players to step up (other than Maymon of course, he's the only one that brings it every night).

when tatum plays decent we are all around a much better team it makes everyone on our team much more effective. it is unfortunate that the success of this team rides on a guy like tatum, but then again you usually want it on a senior unfortunately he's just not acting like one.
