No way... this is obviously a joke, he even took it down before he was even charged. This is a prime example of some hot-shot prosecutor trying to get national recognition, the only problem is that by the time this is over, he will be either a) out of a job or b) a laughingstock. Yeah folks, this is some of that wasteful spending we all bitch about.

oh yeah, by the way the (sic) was added by the person who wrote the story to show that the word "You're" was misspelled. Should have been "Your"

hey, I am something of a social liberal. My next thought was that if Pawlenty seriously wants to be considered for McCain's VP, he needs to nip this in the bud and either pardon the kid, or call off the attack dogs.
