Serrano announces good portion of schedule

Opening weekend will be at home vs. Northern Illinois.
Second weekend will be at home vs. Xavier.
Third weekend will be the Minute Maid Classic (will play 3 of Texas, Texas Tech, Houston, and Rice).
Fourth weekend will be at home vs. Louisiana Monroe.

Mid-week games vs. ETSU, Memphis, and FIU are set.

He still has more mid-week slots to fill, but said he inherited a totally blank slate outside of the 30 league games and had to work feverishly on this. He also said he hopes to upgrade the schedule in future years.

He has his work cut out for him, but I really believe we got the best person for the job. I actually am planning on going to some games next spring. Never went to game while Raleigh was coach.

Did he have somebody read it for him? You know. Since he didn't graduate 26 yrs ago with a degree in Sanskrit, which would have made all this stupid degree talk go away.

You might wanna make the road trip. They aren't scheduled to go back to Vandy until 2013.

The past few seasons they've done a home and away with Middle. We'll see what CS does.
