Actually they’re pretty interesting this year. Leipold flipped that program around at lightning speed. They’re 3-0, might get to 4-0 and start flirting with Top 25.

Their record the previous 3 seasons:
3-9
0-9
2-10
Some of those years , didn't they have that grass eater from LSU ?

To be fair, we haven’t been relevant since 2008 either…

Idk .. I’d say a win over a ranked Florida, a ranked Georgia , a ranked Nebraska and a blow out of Virginia tech , for the first ever football game played on the infield of a NASCAR track , with a total record of 9-4 made us pretty relevant in 2016 . 😉

I know there was a lot of manufactured outrage over this topic by a bunch of nerds on Twitter. I predict the Florida v. Tennessee game will get higher tv ratings in Kansas than the Kansas game gets.

Welp, when you can take a job across the Country (Buffalo to Kansas) AND take your best players with you; It works real fast.

It is all about viewer ship and ratings. There are about 12 people in Kansas that watch and support kansas football. This was a business decision and nothing more
