Shane Beamer - This guy...

It's hard to tell if he's trying to make some really lame excuses for losing, or if he's just venting frustration with others, because that feels better than holding his offensive line accountable for getting whipped all night long.

Beamer's teams don't play well in September, especially when they are away from home. I feel great about our game at the end of the month now. I think Heupel will run up the score too. At least, I hope he does.

Give him a fail in the transfer portal as well. On SEC This Morning, they brought up an interesting fact about the USC jr O Line. Only had two starters back. When the experienced starting tackle went out, they had to rotate players and had to rely on reserves who transferred in from Yale, Western Illinois and UNC-Charlotte. Reminds me of the season where we had the twin 270 pound walk on’s starting at one point because of injuries. Rattler will be running for his life all season.

He looks like his head is gonna explode. He’s one of the most thin-skinned coaches I can recall in recent memory. I look forward to watching his post-game press conference after the thrashing they receive in Neyland on the 30th. I think Rattler will get to know Mr. Pearce and crew better than he would like that day, and hope he is running for his life until the game is out of hand and he is taken out. Every time I see him I think of him counting those touchdowns on his fingers last year during the game.

Rattler may not make it to the UT game. They have to play Georgia before they get to us. Any bets on how many quarters he lasts against the Dawgs? He ain’t got enough fingers to count how many times he’s going to get hammered.

I'll admit that might hurt some at Georgia.

P.S. If I'm ever a head coach making, you know, $50 million dollars I don't want a mayonnaise advertisement behind me all the time. Nothing personal, you understand. It just seems like a joke. If you're a joke yourself it just jumps out more. If I'm him I might want to give the mayonnaise a break for awhile.

They’re gonna have trouble with Furman this weekend. Furman isn’t terrible.

I dislike Beamer as much as the next guy.

Dukes sponsored the game though. I'm sure there were contractual requirements involved.

What’s up with his shoulder
I think he pulled the shirt up scratching so much and the raised shoulder is simply weird body language.

Beamer spent most of his press conference scratching his head, chest, and shoulders, making goofy faces and exaggerated hand gestures.

Rattler played good in their opener. Hate to give him much credit, but the guy is a baller. As for the rest of the team, they have one receiver that "high points" pretty good. Forgot his name, thought it looked french on back of his jersey (starts with the letter L I think, dang this A-D-D). Those two had some pretty good plays. OL was trash though.
