Holder Files Murder Charges to Provide Cover for Obama Regime Coach is Right

In December of last year, Border Agent Brian Terry was killed by Mexican gang members in an Arizona border shootout. Two of the weapons recovered from the scene had been part of the ATF’s “Project Gunrunner”, a plot whereby thousands of firearms were deliberately sold to known straw purchasers for Mexican drug cartels, then assisted across the border by the U.S. Justice Department’s ATF itself.

On May 4th, Obama Regime Attorney General Eric Holder sat before the House Judiciary Committee, evading California Representative Darrell Issa’s questions about the Justice Department’s involvement in ATF’s ultimately deadly Gunrunner scheme.

ISSA: “How about the head of the Criminal Division, Lanny Breuer, Did he authorize it?”

HOLDER: “I’m not sure whether Mr. Breuer authorized it. You have to understand the way in which the Department operates. Although there are operations, this one has become–has gotten a great deal of publicity.”

ISSA: “Yeah, there are dead Americans as a result of this failed and reckless program. So I would say that it hasn’t gotten enough attention, has it Mr. Attorney General?”

Later, after enduring all he could stomach of Holder’s reverence for his own department’s phony investigation of the ATF, Issa finally rebuked the self-important bureaucrat, saying “We’re not looking at straw buyers, Mr. Attorney General. We’re looking at you. We’re looking at your key people…who should have known about this…and whether or not the Justice Department is basically guilty of allowing weapons to kill Americans and Mexicans.”

Of course, no one who has learned his arrogance at the knee off the Oval Office Crown Prince of Conceit will allow himself to be beaten down with subpoenas or contempt of Congress hearings. So Holder has chosen a new tack.

By the way, two other names are included in the indictment against Osorio-Arellanes, but they will not be made public. These two were arrested along with the Mexican illegal on the night of Terry’s murder, but deported in February after pleading guilty to minor illegal entry infractions.

Is it possible they were the straw purchasers of the AK 47 used to kill Terry? Does the Regime prefer they be out of the country, rather than spilling their guts on the witness stand about how they were illegally sold weapons by the ATF?

The outrage over Gunrunner is not going away soon. It’s anyone’s guess who will be thrown under the White House bus for this one.

Then too, Holder ordered justice department lawyers to ignore congressional supoenas conserning voter's rights issues, isn't that an impeachable offense?

We can only hope the GOP will continue to grow some gonads, ain't it about time?

More from other sources:

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne told Congress on Wednesday that the United States should designate Mexican drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations.

But then the US Justice Department has ongoing litigation against Arizona for using federal law to enforce border control and the Obama administration has hauled America before the sham human rights council where the likes of Libya's Quackdaffy could charge us with racism.

This could only make sense in the world of the likes of milo's la la land mentality.

Such a designation by the State Department would place Mexican drug trafficking organizations on the same list as al-Qaida, the Taliban, Hamas (to which Hitlery has given $100 million) and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia.

And it would subject the cartels to the freezing of monetary assets and tough criminal prosecution of those who provide them with material or monetary support.

Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, has introduced a bill calling on the secretary of state to officially list Mexican drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations.

Testifying before a House Homeland Security Oversight, Investigations, and Management Subcommittee hearing, chaired by McCaul, Horne said, “I certainly do agree with the chairman’s bill to designate cartels as terrorist organizations. Among other things, it makes it an enhanced crime to supply aid to those organizations and that obviously would be a very powerful tool in fighting them.”

McCaul said the bill would provide “more authority to go after [Mexican drug cartels] and those who provide them with assistance,” adding that they should be called what they really are — terrorists, CNS News reported.

Federal officials maintain there is no need to make that designation because there are already enough laws on the books to punish the cartels. “The designation I don’t think would help us,” said Grayling Williams, director of the Office of Counternarcotics Enforcement in the Department of Homeland Security. “I think we have laws on the books that we need to apply and have worked with us for several years.”

Rep. William Keating of Massachusetts, the ranking Democrat on the subcommittee, said the United States “has successfully used the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act to sanction Mexican drug trafficking organizations.” But McCaul said that the act goes after only the cartel leaders, not the people under them.

Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, told Newsmax.TV on Wednesday: “The administration’s own inspector general has said the border is 44 percent secure. If it’s only 44 percent secure, that means somebody else controls the other 56 percent. If it’s not the United States and it’s not Mexico, then it’s the drug cartels and anyone else who wishes to come in.” (note; the anyone else refers to several moslem terrorist organizations who are deeply involved in the narcotics trade.)

Oh and BTW, Obama is proposing to give or forgive debt of about $2 billion to the new muslim brotherhood government in Egypt which notably excluded the Christian Copt party of participating in forming the new regime.

Motto of the Muslim Brotherhood:

- Allah is our objective.
- The Prophet is our leader.
- Qur'an is our law.
- Jihad is our way.
- Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.

So there you go, a religion of hate, war and martyrdom, supported by the U S government under the Obama administration.
