I had the exact same injury. After the surgery and cast removal, I self-rehabbed due to my economic circumstances. Thankfully, I’m sure Bru will have access to better rehab. I was back on the rugby pitch within three months and had a successful career for another 22 years with no detrimental affects, including speed, from the injury. This is a small setback, and Bru’s future still looks very bright. God speed on his recovery, and I’m thankful he is a VFL.

I think his injury looked (and probably felt) worse than it actually is, from a recovery standpoint.

Wtf are you talking about? I said his injury looked worse than it probably is from a recovery standpoint. Some people said career-ending, others said over a year recovery. . . so if it only takes 3-6 months, that would be better than what people thought when they first saw it, wouldnt it? A few months, like you said, would be better than first reactions, wouldn't it?

Just received my 8x10 signed Bru picture. I'll put it up with the signed Jalen Hyatt pic that I bought last year from Volunteer Club.
