If you want to be mad at someone be mad at the BOT, faculty, AD office and the train wreck they have made of this program.

THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS AND GET BEHIND PUTTING THE PROGRAM BACK ON TOP...

If they don't then it will not matter if Jones is successful here or not because he will be gone in a few years.. He will either be hired away by a program serious about winning or fired due to the train wreck the program has become..
