read where they hired a marketing firm to help come up with the new name and the logos. whatever they paid them, it was way too much.

I am fine with the name. It's just ridiculous that someone was paid for it.

The first logo looks like something out of an 8-bit Nintendo game.
The second one looks like two boomerangs.
The third one has a little potential, IMO. It needs work though.
I like the font choice on the fourth one but do not like the picture.

These logos look like they were thrown together by someone working for a video game company in the early '90s at the latest. If not the 8-bit Nintendo, they remind me of about the second Bill Walsh CFB game on the Sega Genesis or Super Nintendo.

If those are the best four, I would love to see the ones that were rejected.
