The State | 01/07/2007 | Sidney Rice leaves USC to enter NFL Draft

The story here is that his mom put heavy pressure on him to go pro now for the money. He originally stated that he would only go this year if he was a "top 10 pick."

I think this is not a good idea with receivers like Meachem and probably Johnson and Jarrett entering the draft.

I hope he's not making the same mistake Ko Simpson made here last year. The 4th round is exactly where he ended up, even though he had a pretty decent rookie season with the Bills.

True... It is one of those positions that all you need to do is get drafted anywhere, and if you've got the skills, you'll find your place quickly.
