Dude is going to be good. I am high on him as a prospect, idk how much we are in it tho. 2 questions...

You think we keep pair?

If this plays out right, you dont think we will try for a JUCO?

not trying to be an a**, just wanting your opinion.

I think we end up keeping Pair. I think he'll realize that this is pretty much his best shot at some early PT and we were in his corner early.

The only current commit I think we lose is Broussard.

And I can't really see us going for a JuCo QB. I think if we don't get Scroggins, we pick up Retting as a project and try to get LeMay/Golson/Worley/Uzomah/Bridgewater in 2011

I can see all of those happening. What the truth is that the real class will be a mix of all the these. lol

im glad to see someone include dorsey on their list

and as for that unknown WR, i really wish we could get robert woods

I'd love to get Woods, but I think thats a bit of a stretch. He's one of the more underrated players IMO even though he's rated pretty highly

Interesting that you think we will lose Broussard. I tend to get the same feeling, if/when he gets an LSU offer.

Yeah, Broussard is either LSU/JuCo IMO. If he gets his grades up, LSU is going to offer, and I don't see him staying with us.

Im positive they will. bburger is just leaving room for the surprises like Luc, Joyner, and Prater:good!:

I have a funny feeling about Luc...for some reason I don't put anything past Gran and with Monte making LB's ready for the Big Show...I just see it happening. I am scared we don't get Stone though...

Would be nice to get the 12 offensive/defensive linemen. I think this type of recruiting year (heavier in the trenches which is obviously needed) points to major improvement around 2011 - 2012 when these guys have some experience. I think patience will be key since we are truly in rebuilding mode right now.

scroggins will be a vol and when that happens, we will definetly get the big name wrs and what linebacker wouldnt want to come to ut with monte kiffin running the show! luc or shirley is a big possibility. and finally, after this yr that wr or playmaker that will blow up will be cisco carter. this kid really intrigues me

I don't think we get him if we don't get Scroggins. He must think the same thing, since he doesn't have us getting Scroggins.

^^^^^

And Carter was a 6'4 safety from Bearden (I think?) who looked solid in camp. He wasn't exactly a major D1 prospect at the time, maybe more of an MTSU type player, but he could probably earn some offers if he has a good senior year

Who is this Cisco Carter?

hes transferring to bearden this year to play kicker

i know the kid, and i dont think he will be "blowing up" as a huge playmaker at wr.

he is really good at soccer, but i think he is way too laid back to be a great football player. but physically, he has the tools to play almost any position
