I haven't watched the whole thing but from what I have seen, not the way you should handle things. It's one thing to discuss the failures of the team but it's an all different thing to basically call them out.

I don't think fighting with your players through the media is going to help.

I attended Missouri State when Hinson coached there. He is a program killer and an absolute joke of a coach. He took over a good program after Steve Alford bolted for Iowa and he destroyed it. I was stunned that Southern Illinois hired him after their recent successful runs with coaching hires (Matt Painter, Bruce Weber). He keeps getting jobs because he is good friend with Bill Self.
