Slander suit against Fulmer thrown out

$480 million! Why not sue for a gajillion dollars.

Also of note is the verdict against Tom Culpepper for defaming Coach Cottrell was thrown out and new trial ordered. The original award was $30million.

Team Gallion keeps losing. His only victory may end up being the distraction he caused Fulmer

Because by the time Uncle Sam and Shyster, Crook, and Swindle Attorneys at Law get theirs you're only left with a million.

Where are all of the Bama fans that were on here talking smack about this issue?    :search:

Partying their tails off. Just like we would be if Bama had lost to Vanderbilt last week.

Yeah, the same exact ones that said Bama would go undefeated and be national champs this year. :tease2:

I live amongst the Bammers and I can tell you the Vandy win was a hollow victory - they can hardly muster a Phil joke. Too much teeth (scratch that) tooth nashing about the Iron Bowl - er I mean the "Brodieo". Ride'em Tigers!

All depressed because the state's average income is as low as it is. They hope on lawsuits and the lottery to improve the standard of living....

Could that have been his goal all along?

That's an expensive goal. They only get paid if they win.

Pride wins again.

I for one am glad this issue is d-e-a-d DEAD!
Maybe now Fulmer can quit being distracted and actually do what he is paid to do ...c-o-a-c-h COACH!

NAd with Phil going this whole court thing, doesn't it bring up the issue of setting a bad example for your players...afeter all....attitude reflects leadership, COACH!
