Tennessee head coach Phillip Fulmer and his staff got a jump start on National Signing Day news Monday night, when Fort Smith, Arkansas (Southeast High School) wide receiver Slick Shelley jumped the gun and started telling people that he was indeed Tennessee's newest commitment.
