There are some very reliable sources that are saying that Shelly will be a Tennessee Vol. Isn't sure that he will announce anything tommorrow.....kinda doubts it. Fulmer is scheduled to be in Ark to visit with him this Thursday. Look for Slick Shelly to be a Tennessee Vol by this time next week.

Dave Hooker reported that but I don't think it will happen.

He will be a Vol.

If he announces tomorrow it may be because he found that LSU was not to his likeing or it could also be a story that has flaws and was suppose to say Monday the 31st after his UT visit.
As for him being a VOL it is looking more and more likely.
