Anybody hear anything else on this guy? Last I heard he was visiting this weekend and I haven't heard if he liked the trip or not.

A previous poster with "inside info" says that he is a lock with UT. I have no idea what his qualifications are, but he is quite confident. From what I have read on other sites LSU is having a hard time wrapping up recruits. Given the LSU qb situation I would not doubt it if he became a Vol.

I read an interview with Slick on one of the recruiting services. He seems to like the idea of going to LSU if Perriloux signs there as a QB. They seem to have become pretty close in San Antonio at the USAA All-Star Game. I also heard that Jon Crompton traveled to UT this weekend to help out with Slick. I say this is 50/50 and Perriloux will be the determining factor, but I hope I'm wrong.

I am thinking that it is a stretch for Perriloux to back off his TX verbal. Seems like Mack Brown doesn't let them get away.

This Perriloux thing has been way over blown. I would be very surprised if he isn't a Vol. People that you would want to feel good about our chances, do feel good about our chances. Regardless of where Perriloux goes, Slick Shelley will be a Tennessee Vol.

i just read his comments coming back from his visit i would go ahead and put a orange jersy on him. the best thing he liked was on saturday night they took him to the stadium with the lights on he was amazed.he still will not commit until wednesday he wants to be at his school and pull out his hat. epper:
