What do you mean? This is a very important story for the MSM... it allows them to completely ignore how badly he's failing and how many lies he told them.

Here is an item overlooked by LSM:

Gateway Pundit

The whole incident is humorous on several levels.

The tendency of the left to go off and blame concerned middle of the road Americans on a hair trigger knee jerk reactionary basis at every opportunity and how they are usually wrong.

The incident also reminds us that it is the far left radical who is more likely to resort to violence 99% of the time.

Then too is it not painfully obvious how the media ignores anything negative about the left or dhimmicraps in general but continually tries to manufacture a derogatory attitude toward anything or anyone on the conservative side??

Well he did take time to call back home and see if by some miracle the economy instantly rebounded.

Obama breaks from vacation to phone Geithner, Summers - The Hill's Blog Briefing Room

"The economic team provided an update on the next steps to keep the economy growing including assistance to small businesses and the extension of tax cuts to the middle class," the White House said.

Good to know someone's not asleep at the wheel. And that someone is running the show while Barry vacays.

More on the flotilla:

Protest flotilla sails Obama’s way - BostonHerald.com

The flotilla was expected to include 15 large vessels out of New Bedford, with still more joining up from ports in Gloucester, Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey, according to Tina Jackson of the American Alliance of Fishermen.

The protesters already have reeled in a couple of big fish: In the past few days, both U.S. senators from Massachusetts, Republican Scott Brown and Democrat John Kerry, have spoken out in support of the fishermen.

“I have no problem with (Obama) protecting species that need to be protected,” Brown said. “But there’s been very little flexibility with (regulators) when they get new information that they’re wrong.”

Isn't that the problem with all gov't regulation? It tends to be a generation or two behind.

Another problem with government reuglation is that well funded special interest NGOs have undue influence over what regulations are enacted.
