It's funny how the Football and Baseball teams struggled until that right coach with the right mentality was hired...from all accounts that I have seen, not really scientific stuff here, Dooley and Raleigh were sorta the same type smartelic, I'm better than you type coach. Now we have players coaches, who are still demanding, but with a better attitude that the kids want to play for. The results are being seen in Baseball 100 fold and Football is slowly but positively making its way there...Great to be a TN VOL again.
