Because of copyright/trademark laws, you need a license to market them. And I think you have to provide a certain percentage of sales to the owners (UT), IF, IF, IF, you get approval to market.

Your best bet is to find someone on Etsy that could make it for you.

I went so far as to ask the farm that raises the Smokey lineage (Davis Branch Blueticks), and was told they are custom created and not sold/reproduced.

I was hoping to find something actually functional, and these all look like they are made for little lap dogs. I got a big hound, he needs smokey size, and if it doesn't actually work as a jacket I'm not buying it. It needs to be a functioning dog coat for a dog getting out in it.

I'm perfectly fine with Smokey having the only real Cloak of the Power T. There are plenty of orange jackets, jerseys, and sweaters for the common pooches in town.

I'm not saying it has to look just like his....or say smokey..like most of his do. However if someone made a good Quality Dog coat, that was orange and white and TN themed, I'd buy it. Just was hoping it was out there.
