Or Coach Shad. Smyrna predicted (by others) to struggle mightily in the district this season and battle LaVergne for the 5th/6th place. Riverdale Siegel Oakland at the top.

I don't think people outside of Middle Tennessee realize just how big a town Murfreesboro is. Their population is over 100K and to have those three schools plus Blackman all be successful in sports, it's a good area for athletics.

hyper-competitive at the 7AAA level! I hope the TSSAA does not realign because the rivalries are fantastic with packed stadiums gyms and bleachers throughout the year. Stewarts Creek opens next year, going to be interesting how that affects the sports dynamo.

I hate to say it, but Smyrna is going to struggle this year, unfortunately. Lost alot from last year and still have no QB to speak of.
