Join hendrick on a down year...For those that follow nascar we all know that manufactures and teams have there up and down years>>>your thoughts?

I don't think one race is a good enough measure to say.

Suspension parts breaking is just awful luck. Mears and Johnson wrecked.

They all had pretty good cars and 3 of the 4 drivers led laps.

Well, being Jr won 2 out of the 3 races he was in in Daytona I think hes off to a good start. Lets hope its just a down year for Jimmie and Jeff! LOL

It's not a down year. Gordon ran well before the problems, Mears was in the top 5 before crashing, and Johnson at one point had a top 5 car. Hendricks struggles were due to poor pit management by Eury JR and suspension troubles and crashes. I would have thought that Darian Grubb's intelligance would have rubbed off on Eury, guess I was wrong

this can't be a serious thread.

just in case it is, Junior wasn't going to win that race even if he took 12 tires on his last stop. with his teammates out of the race, there wasn't a single driver on the race track that was going to push him to the front.
