Hey on a side note did you see Butch storm his happy ass out on the field and get all in Tiny's face? I really think Butch is the guy, but man this team is bad. Dooley is the worst thing to have happened to this program since honestly, probably "the lost years" back in the 1890's

Very much shades of UAB 2010 and Air Force 2006.

Better to be shades of those games than Wyoming 2008 or Kentucky 2011.

Ugly, sloppy game. Worst of CBJ's tenure unfortunately.

You think Butch is the guy? What the hell have you seen that shows you "Butch is the guy"? That was a total crap show today. This coaching staff has shown zero on the field this year. ZERO!! The coaching has been piss poor.

Dude...quit blaming Dooley. Everyone knows Dooley was not qualified for the job. Blame is on Hamilton. He's the dumbass that hired him & Kiffin.

Butch inherited a pile of steaming crap. Given his track record, he's the guy to get us at least winning at this stage. You realize he can't just wave his hand and suddenly have the players he wishes he had, right? This WILL take time. But FOOLEY couldn't even win at craptastic LA Tech. Jesus. Do I need to say more?

I think the 2010 UAB game was worse. For one thing, we went into OT, for another the only reason we went into OT was because their kicker couldn't kick. If he had then the game would have been a big L.

And to add to this, he needs HIS players. Keep in mind, he won 4 games his first year at Cincy.

I really don't care about his track record in crappy conferences in which he inherited teams from Brian Kelly. The coaching thus far has been awful, even with the lack of talent.

Sticking with the "read-option" has been stupid, I agree. Is it more on the staff or on Worley? We don't necessarily know how many times Worley was supposed to keep it but he didn't, based on a bad read. There's a lot of variables and it's difficult to judge this staff this early. JMO

This year is going entirely as I expected. I don't get how anyone thinks that last year's Vol team minus Tyler Bray, Justin Hunter, and Corderro Patterson with a Dooley recruiting class was going to put anything resembling what was formerly-Tennessee football on the field. We didn't make a bowl game last year. How was that supposed to happen this year?

Last year's defense was garbage. Last year's offense was impressive, but anyone who watched Worley take a few snaps last year realized he was terrible. It's not like former years where the back-up took the field and looked decent; Worley looked pathetic all last year and the year before that.

This year was sunk as soon as all of our juniors left for the NFL.
