Lance had some sort of injury from which he recently recovered. I don't know if Wormsley has some sort of injury or not.

Bennett is banged up and Houser would have gotten the start today.

In a word? Inconsistent

It's been rough. They are fighting to stay out of the cellar, their best chance to pick up a win or two went out the window today due to the rain out.

Still, Missouri was swept and if the season was over today we'd go to Hoover and Mizzou and UGA would be left out. We have 6 more SEC games to go and we are two wins behind where we finished last year.

The team is young, very young...we have some fielders for the future but we are in dire need of pitching.

I was wrong about "if season ended today"...we'd be out and Mizzou would be in, sorry about that.
