I know Dooley really needs someone to, and Devrin is the one that sticks out. Anyone have any kind of indication?

If anyone was to greyshirt I think Young would be the one to do it, but I dont think it will happen.

I don't follow the recruiting buzz quite as much as you guys, so forgive me if this is an ignorant question... But with 2011's class incomplete as of now, how do we know that someone will need to greyshirt? Isn't greyshirting a function of having more players, than available spots/allowed scholarships?

Are you guys just projecting for who we will probably sign?

Your questions were right on the money...the original question was the ignorant one.

How was it ignorant? Hubbs has stated that Dooley wants to sign 28. Greyshirting is a viable option if the player is willing to do it, but nice try.

Perhaps ignorant is a bit harsh, however this question is so premature and has so many variables that are always changing. Of the "28", surely there will be a couple of non-qualifiers in there. Not to mention NSD is over 3 months away. Many hypotheticals at play, wouldn't you agree?

I believe the new number, from Hubbs and Dooley himself, is 26. I believe this adds more legitimacy to the question the OP posed.

Edit: Since I know someone will ask for a link...

"It's a class that's going to have 26 players. There's been some talk that it would be 27, but because Malik Jackson counted as a signee to the class, Tennessee can only backcount one guy in January which means they can 28 signee, but can only bring in 26 new players in January-August. If they sign a full class of 26 this year (which is the plan) then they would not be able to back count anyone in January of 2012 and they could only bring in 25 new players in the class of 2012." - Hubbs

"Stuck" in Bellingham? Are you kidding?

What a beautiful place (when it's sunny)!

Yes "stuck". Kinda hard to jump in the car and go to a UT game. You are right though, Bellingham and the surrounding areas are great places. Lots of natural beauty and I do enjoy living here very much. The rainy season (which you mentioned) that just started has me a bit crankier than normal. As nice as Bellingham is, it is not "home" like the great state of Tennessee.
