petrino and mullen got the same or better records faster too

if not for the scandal i would have said chizik. i thought maybe les miles too. mullen is not for spurrier winning the east with sc for the first time.

It would be funny if Myles won it. Won't happen tho.

I think Mullen deserves it because he's done more with less, but it Chizik will get it. Then there should be a ceremony where Chizik hands the trophy over to Newton and Malzahn.

I would think Spurrier would get some votes. Ultimately it will come down to whoever wins the conf. Championship.

I'd like to see Mullen get it. He's gotten some huge wins this year, considering where MSU was pre-DM, and now.

All possible candidates for SEC coy will come from the Western division. Arguments could be made for Mullen, Chizik, Miles, and Petrino. Petrino's a stretch, but I said an argument could be made and I only listed Miles because he literally has no qb and is mentally challenged. The East, if anything, was the most poorly coached in the SEC if not the Nation. CUM and CMR could possibly win worst coach of the year in the NCAA this year. CSS has not done anything really special except winning the SEC East for the first time in school history, but he lost to Kentucky which automatically dq's him.
