John Beline is as good as they come. Michigan doesn't have a well of talent by any means. But the way he prepares his team, and the discipline they play with makes them a tough match up every night.

We learned this the very hard way last year.

Yep. If you're patient and protect the ball, you can get whatever you want against Memphis.

How Memphis went from having to rally vs. UTEP just to sneak into the tournament last year...to a Top 10 team to start this year, is beyond me.

They might be that good by the end of the season, but not right now.

The formula to beat them remains the same...just pack it in and play zone, and watch the bricks fly.

I learned years ago that you can't tell Memphis State fans nothing. They know more about BB than anyone else on the planet. Kinda reminds me of Vandy fans.
